• The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for the site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the site.

3. Use of the Website

• You will provide your proper and accurate Name (as per Passport or any other official ID), Email ID, and Mobile Number. You will be solely responsible for the Information provided and in case of any error or mistake in provision of information, JUST MY BOOKING  will not be liable for the same.
• if you have an online account with this Website, you will safeguard your login details – username and password and will supervise the same. You will be completely responsible for any use or misuse of your account by you and anyone other person other than you.
• JUST MY BOOKING  reserves the right to deny access to its Website to anyone, at any time without any notice and for any reason, including, but not restricted to, for the violation of its Terms of Use.

4 . Site and its Content

• This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose.
• As long as you comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use, Just My Booking grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any way.
• You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
• You also understand that Just my booking cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of viruses, worms or other code that may be damaging. You are responsible for implementing procedures to satisfy your particular requirements and for accuracy of data input and output.

5. BOOKING POLICY

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes.

• In case of increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket , due to airlines, miscalculation in amount due to server error and from the banks payment gateway issue then JUST MY BOOKING reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to JUST MY BOOKING. after the communication from Just My Booking to avoid any discomfort.

• You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

• To get any infant's ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you're booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.

• To get any child ticket issued, the age of child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old

• All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier

• JUST MY BOOKING is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end.

• If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site , office or call centre , customer needs to inform justmybooking.com for the refund to be processed. Please note that justmybooking.com do not get any alert from airlines directly.

6. TERMS OF THE AIRLINES

• The airline tickets available through the Website are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.

• justmybooking.com levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.

• Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline's policy.

• Cancellations can be made online or offline through Sign Up / Sign In section or by sending an email to JUST MY BOOKING

• We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.

• Amendment charges on justmybooking.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

• To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, JUST MY BOOKING recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

• In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancelation request.

• In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. JUST MY BOOKING has nothing to do with the refund amount. JUST MY BOOKING will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.

7. BUS Amendment & Cancellation Policy

1. Role Of Just My Booking

• JUST MY BOOKING only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with bus operators. It doesn't operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User. JUST MY BOOKING also doesn't act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
• The bus ticket booking voucher which JUST MY BOOKING  issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.
• The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and JUST MY BOOKING has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.

1. (2) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF JUST MY BOOKING

In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the bus operators and the Users, JUST MY BOOKING shall not be responsible for the operations of the bus operator including, but not limited to the following:

• Timely departure or arrival of the bus;
• The conduct of bus operator's employees, representatives or agents;
• The condition of the bus, seats etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or as per the description provided by the bus operator;
• Cancellation of the trip due to any reasons;
• Loss or damage of the baggage of the customer;
• The bus operator changing a customer's seat for any reason whatsoever;
• Bus operator informing a wrong boarding point for the issuance of the booking confirmation voucher, or changing such boarding point eventually with or without any notification to JUST MY BOOKING or the User;
• Bus operator using a separate pick-up vehicle to transport the User from the designated boarding point to the actual place of departure of the bus.

1. ( 3 ) RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS

• Users are advised to call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point, or any information which they may need for the purpose of boarding or travel in that trip.
• At the time of boarding the bus, Users shall furnish a copy of the ticket, and any valid identity proof like aadhar card, passport, PAN card or voter identification card or any other identity proof issued by a government authority.
• Users are required to reach the boarding place atleast 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
• User needs to compulsorily obtain a bus ticket at the regular fare in case a child above the age of 5 years is accompanied by them, unless otherwise a particular bus operator specifies otherwise in their terms and conditions.

1. ( 4 ) CANCELLATION OF TICKET

• Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the User's login in the JUST MY BOOKING  website or mobile application, or by calling on the customer care number;
• Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.

8. Refund Policy

• Just My Booking  will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corpoate company through Sign Up / Sign In section or email.

• Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.

• Just My Booking will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/Buses/other suppliers.

• Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.

9.  Copyright & Trademark

• All materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like (the "Content"), are protected by copyright under international conventions and copyright laws. You cannot use the Content, except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions on this Site limiting the way you may use the Content.
• There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on this Site whether owned/used by Just My Booking or otherwise. By displaying them on this Site, Just My Booking is not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.
• You may download such copy/copies of the Content to be used only by you for your personal use at home unless the subsite you are accessing states that you may not. If you download any Content from this Site, you shall not remove any copyright or trademark notices or other notices that go with it.
• JUST MY BOOKING holds the copyright in respect of this site, and the content provided in this site, including the text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the written permission of JUST MY BOOKING, and/or its third-party providers and distributors, except that you may download, display, and print the materials presented on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only. 

10 . Transmitted Material

• Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to this Site may be read or intercepted by others unless there is a special notice that a particular message  for example: ( credit card/debit card/bank information) is encrypted . Sending a message to Just My Booking  does not cause Just My Booking to have any special responsibility to you.
• The copyright in the contents of this website belongs to JUST MY BOOKING . Copying any part or all the contents of this website without permission of JUST MY BOOKING is not allowed except to the extent that such copying or printing is essential for the purpose of availing the paid services offered.

11. Health and Safety

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
• The Company is not liable for health-related issues that may arise during or after the trip.

12. Offers & Promotion Codes

• Just My Booking  offers & Promo codes from time to time which may be availed on the Site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promo & offer of using Promo Codes for receiving discounts can be availed only if correct and full details are filled in at the time of making the booking. In case if the customer fails to enter the promo code before making the booking, the company shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made.
• Considering there are multiple promotional offers running on the site, user can avail the benefit of only one offer at a time. No two promo codes can be combined at the time of making a booking.
• Promotional discounts are applied only on the base amount. Discounts are not applicable for any additional components including taxes.
