Cancellation Policy:

• As most of the Airlines tickets are 100% non-refundable so it is recommended to check the ticket conditions before the purchase of the flight which are easily available under the "FARE RULES" section in the flight search result.
•  Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
• Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the fare rules and the policies of the respective airline.
• Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through email : help@justmybooking.com
• In addition to the airlines cancellation charges, Just My Booking will charge a cancellation handling fee as mentioned on your ticket copy per passenger per sector for each Cancellation .
• Only cancellation requests made online or email (For emails travel date must be more than 12 hrs.) shall be entertained. justmybokking shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.

Cancellation through Travel Agency

• A request must be made at least 48 hours before the departure (excluding weekends) or even early in case of weekends, to cancel the flight reservation.

•  

  The customer needs to contact over the phone and share an email requesting the cancellation of the ticket mentioning the reason for cancellation (optional). Airlines may provide full/partial refund in case of medical cases.

•  

  Agency will further check for the cancellation policy with the airlines or ticket issuing company and will intimate you regarding the cancellation charge (including the agency service fees) before finally proceeding with the cancellation.

Cancellation through the Airlines

Just in case of any unforeseen reason or for cancellation between 24 hrs to 06 hrs before the flight departure customer can also contact airline to cancel the flight reservation.Airlines staff may or may not cancel the flight reservation as per their terms and policies and will guide accordingly.

Check-in:

•  As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure for domestic flights.
•  For International flights, the check-in time is 4 hours before departure.
•  The passenger needs to check-in at least 60 minutes prior to departure else will be considered as a no show.
•  Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than 2 years old.
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​For International travel, Passport and related travel / visa documents is mandatory.
•  Valid Government issued Photo Identification must for Checking-in.

Refund Policy:

• If eligible for a refund, the refund amount may be subject to deductions for cancellation fees, applicable penalties, and the non-refundable convenience fee charged by Just My Booking
• All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Just My Booking by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
•  The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.
• On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
•  Any Amount Paid towards Meal / Seat / Extra Baggage amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
•  In Case if the Airline Changes its policy after your booking is made, the new policy will be applicable on all such previous bookings.

Reschedule Policy:

•  Every booking made on JUST MY BOOKING is subject to Reissue charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
•  If you Reissue your booking, you will also be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable reissue penalty when the reissue is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
• Any changes that are made to any existing booking shall be subject to certain charges levied by the respective airline, apart from the service fee charged by JUST MY BOOKING.
•  Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended / rescheduled.

Modifications to the Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• JUST MY BOOKING reserves the right to amend or update the cancellation and refund policy without prior notice.
• Any modifications to the policy will be effective immediately and will apply to all bookings made after the policy update.
